Confidence In Conversation: English For Newcomers
This is a 10-week English-speaking program for newcomer youth aged 15–29 in Calgary. It offers a safe and supportive space to build confidence in everyday conversations. Participants will meet twice a week and explore real-life topics such as:
Job interviews, navigating public transportation, visiting doctors and making small talk.

Weekend Gardening Workshop (WGW)
Weekend Gardening Workshop A 6-session hands-on workshop teaching participants how to grow herbs and vegetables at home using hydroponics. Topics include:
Soil preparation and plant care, Hydroponic growing techniques, seedling planting and take-home kits
This is a family-friendly activity, recommended for ages 8 and up. Funded by: ActionDignity and the City of Calgary

For individuals 25 and older looking to build entrepreneurial skills. Offers workshops focused on:

Money Moves: Financial Fitness for Teen
Money Moves: Financial Fitness for Teens is a program designed for youth aged 14–19 to enhance their financial literacy through engaging stories and hands-on tools. Participants will explore topics like budgeting, cost of living, credit versus debit, saving and investing, setting financial goals, and fraud protection. The program runs every Monday and Thursday from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM, starting on October 20, 2025, at 1804 Home Road NW, Calgary, Alberta T3B 1H1.
